Sometimes we all need someone beside us - someone who can listen, understand and walk part of the journey with us. None of us are meant to do it alone.
I am a qualified Psychotherapist based in West Yorkshire, and I would love to support you in finding your own way forward.
Over the years I've learned that one of the most powerful - and also most challenging - things we can do is learn to love and accept ourselves. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can gently explore your world, whether through words, reflection or creative expression. Creativity can open new ways of understanding and healing, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and discover fresh possibilities.

Art therapy is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being.
Oftentimes we cannot find the words to express how we are feeling but we can say what colour it is, what shape it is, where it is in our bodies.... this is where art therapy provides another path.
You do not have to be an artist or have any artistic ability; doodles and stick men are just fine! All that is needed is an open mind and a willingness to be creative.
​Online Therapy is just the same as in-person therapy : the only thing that changes is the setting. Using the same techniques as you would in an in-person session I will help you gain self awareness and understanding. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from us both. But investing time in yourself can lead to life-altering results.
